Processing: Please send us an email at goodmarketingnc@gmail.com with the subject title “ Return/Refund/Cancellation request – Your Customer ID Number”” or contact us via hotline at (910) 493-3833 for instructions on how to return your product to us and to address your concerns as soon as possible. Please capture and send us the receipt of the shipment so that we have a tracking number for your package return. Customers shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the item while in transit to our office.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 10 – 15 working days, and the credit will automatically be issued either by check or by credit card, based on the original method of payment. If the equipment is returned damaged (beyond normal wear and tear of short-term use), Good Marketing Service reserves the right to deny a refund or issue a partial refund.
